Original McDonald's Happy Meal toy from 1990.
This was originally part of the DINK THE LITTLE DINOSAUR set.
This regional set was distributed in Oklahoma and Texas.
Each MIP (Mint in Package) toy came with a diorama paper scene with interesting information about each character.

- compsognalthus. **Not sure what was the reason for this, but I have two different toys that are clearly printed as "Set 5" (inside plastic on PAPER diorama insert). One is Scat and one is Flapper. According to my reference books, Flapper was supposed to be the #5 toy.**
Loose toys are in played with/used condition.
Shows decal & paint wear/scuffs/
scrapes/discoloration.
MIP packages may show wear, sticker residue.
